KNOT AWAY is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that began with the personal need for something to help relieve upper body muscle/joint pain.

Owner, Jeff Hauswirth, faced countless surgeries ranging from shoulder replacements to low back fusions, and hip replacements, but wasn’t getting relief from the pain in his sore joints and muscles. He was looking for a non-medical, non-surgical, non-invasive solution to relieve his pain.

He tried foam rollers, but found them bulky. Other products required use on the floor and didn’t provide the pressure control he desired. Jeff wanted a portable and affordable product that he could use in the gym, at home, and on the road. 

From this trial and error period of testing other products, KNOT AWAY was born. It is the perfect combination of size, firmness and density at an affordable price.
